Refund and Money Back Policies

EasyPapers’ products do not come with any warranty, and refunds and money back guarantees are subject to the provisions laid out in our Money Back Policy. EasyPapers does not guarantee any particular grade, and does not provide any refund for poor grades given to any of our products. Payments and Delivery of Service

EasyPapers charges fees for our service, which are set forth on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify prices at our discretion, and without advanced notice to all customers. EasyPapers accepts payment in the form of PayPal, credit card, or debit card. Payments are processed by our website, and all payment details are secured and encrypted. EasyPapers includes a 2.9% processing fee for all credit card and PayPal payments. This fee is charged by our payment agents, Stripe (credit card) and PayPal, and EasyPapers does not receive any portion of the service fee. By ordering our services and completing payment, you are agreeing to pay the 2.9% processing fee.

EasyPapers products are delivered to the email address specified on the order form. We reserve the right to deliver the product anytime on the specified deadline day up until midnight. Should the product be delivered after the requested date, the customer will receive a partial refund as discussed in our Money Back Policy. EasyPapers will not be held liable for lost or unreceived products due to problems with the customer’s email address or account.

Warranties

By submitting an order with us, you are subject to our warranties. These include:

All products are acquired from freelance writers who transferred all rights and ownership to EasyPapers and/or its affiliates and partners.
You are in agreement that this website acquires payment for the time and effort that goes into gathering, organizing, correcting, editing, posting, and delivering these reference materials and the maintenance, administration, and advertising of this website.
You will not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the text materials and/or contents of this website without our prior written consent.
You agree to destroy all delivered text materials immediately after your research/reference use of the material is complete. No copies shall be made for distribution.

In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the company and company’s affiliates harmless from any claim, suit or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your utilizing of our services, your violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by you.

We will not be liable to you in any of the cases where: 1) you do not understand and remember the delivered text material; 2) you do not get the result desired from using the text material; 3) you misuse the delivered text material in any way; 4) you suffer any undesirable consequences from using the delivered text material.
