To ensure your complete satisfaction, we promise a full refund in the following cases:

• Canceling an order: If you need to cancel an order, we will provide a full refund as long as the writer has not yet started working on your paper. If the writer had already written part of your paper, you will be refunded for whatever was not yet completed.
• Payment mistake: If you made a payment mistake, please contact us right away and we will provide a full refund.
• Inability to complete work:  If we determine that we cannot complete your work for any reason, we will notify you right away and fully refund your money. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill orders placed 12 hours or closer to the deadline. In such cases, we do not guarantee that we will contact the customer prior to the deadline. We will contact customers as soon as we can (before or after the deadline) and provide a full refund for the order.

We also offer partial refunds in case our work does not meet your satisfaction. Partial refunds are provided as follows:

• Missed deadlines: We send papers up until midnight of the deadline day. If your paper was sent to you after your deadline and without your prior permission, you will receive a 25% refund for each day that has passed since your deadline. When the paper is one day late, you will receive a 25% refund; two days late, a 50% refund; three days late, a 75% refund; and 4 or more days late, a full refund. Refunds for missed deadlines are not applicable when the client did not provide required information or materials in time, and was unreachable via the contact information provided
• Unsatisfactory work: If you are not satisfied with our work, we do offer limited partial refunds. These are made on a case-by-case basis, and only when revisions are no longer possible. If we determine that the writer has fully complied with all instructions, a refund will not be provided. Refunds for unsatisfactory work are only available for 30 days following receipt of the work. Please note that refunds will not be provided when any of our Terms and Conditions have not been met. Refunded money will be issued to the original payment source only.
